Refund and Returns Policy

By ordering at ST Diamont, you will receive your handcrafted jewel beautifully wrapped, and accompanied with a lifetime warranty. For your peace of mind, we offer a free and fully insured delivery service straight to your doorstep.

Cancellations

The process we follow here at St Diamont is one where we procure the diamond/stones on behalf of our customers. We then will use our in-house craftsmen and women to design beautiful jewellery for our customers around the world – this is one of the main reasons we can offer significantly lower prices to our customers.

Given that we purchase the stones from our suppliers once you have confirmed all the details, there is a cost associated with the procurement and shipment of the diamond/stone.

If for any reason you cancel your order before the diamond/stone has been purchased by St Diamont (on your behalf) there will be no charge associated with the cancellation of the product. However, if you change your mind after we have initiated the purchase then a fee of 20% of the value of the diamond/stone will be incurred by the customer.

Returns

All items are photographed, and detailed videos are shared with the customers prior to shipping. However, in any instance where the product is defective then a full refund will be given for the defective product once it has been communicated to us. Any defects need to be communicated within 7 days of receiving the product. The product will need to be shipped in the original packaging and within 30 days of you having received your order. Please contact us on info@stdiamont.com if you have any such query.

If for any reason you want to return a product that is not defective, there will be fee of 50% of the value of the product that will be incurred by the customer.

We are unable to accept responsibility for the non-arrival of returned goods and therefore recommend that items be sent by recorded delivery. The cost of return shipping is not refundable.

Please note that bespoke items that have been altered or customised, including engraved items or resized items, cannot be returned. Our team will analyse each product received to ensure there have been no modifications from the point of dispatch from our workshops and the point at which the item has been returned, including the registration and certification of every gemstone.

 

Shipping

We offer free shipping worldwide.

Our shipping services allow you to track your package during transit. They also mean that your jewellery is fully insured during transit and that the package must be signed for on delivery.

Please note that very occasionally, international shipments may get held in customs. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, though we will always do whatever we can to facilitate their swift release. Please contact us for further information.

Please note that shipping costs for return items are not refundable.
